How we rate each yogurt
Every yogurt is scored using the same model as the Keto Peek app. We look at net carbs, added sugar, protein, fat, and any ingredients that are common keto red flags.
We only include yogurts we've manually checked against the nutrition label. If a yogurt isn't in the table yet, it hasn't been reviewed.
What to look for at the store
Plain and unsweetened yogurts are almost always the safer choice. Once you add flavoring or fruit, the carbs climb fast. Also pay attention to serving size — a small cup and a big tub can look the same on the shelf but have very different carb counts per serving.
Quick label check
Look for low net carbs, little or no added sugar, and a decent amount of protein or fat. If the first few ingredients include sugar or fruit puree, put it back.
